Secure Packaging
Place your jewelry item in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity, warranties, and the original sales receipt.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for their retail value.
Inspection and Refund
